A RIH sponsored RPg Interdisciplinary Reading Group

This reading group aims to engage with the emerging interdisciplinary field of Critical Heritage Studies (CHS) by enriching and expanding its means of storytelling into musical, sensory, material, religious, literary, de-/post-colonial, and historical realms. We promote the critical definition, imagination, understanding, and methodological practice about heritage; We respond to an entangled contemporary world of memory and legacy.

Activities:

• Regular meetings (based on reading materials)
• Peer workshops for in-progress work
• Guest talk
• Field trip
• Special curations for creative art and performance
